Day 40 – Life in Africa
Today, we practiced singing the national anthems of Malawi and Japan. We did that because we are going to sing them at an event celebrating the birthday of emperor in Japan. By the way, we sing the Malawian anthem in Chichewa.
After that, 3 volunteers who were in same batch of mine got buzz cuts. 2 of them were women. They were happy to be fresh.
