Diary
Teaching aims to bring about changes in one’s behaviour. Here are some effective techniques:
- Divide the content into small steps for easier understanding.
- Praise and acknowledge learners for their achievements.
- Explain the reasons behind tasks, especially to foreign learners. Using visual aids can be particularly effective.
I plan to apply these techniques in my role as a PC instructor for my assignment.
