Unemployment: day 36
Today, I went to a pension office to confirm a procedure. While I live in abroad, generally the period is not counted as a pension membership. But a special regulation that a travel its purpose is a volunteer is recognized the period seems to be pension eligibility. So I visited the pension office and recognized it directly. The resalt was that my case as JOCV will follow the special regulation. Therefore after I agree with formal dispatch, I will apply the procedure.

Today, I went to the pension office to confirm a procedure. Generally, the period spent living abroad is not counted towards pension eligibility. However, there is a special regulation which recognises time spent abroad for volunteer purposes. So, I visited the pension office to confirm this directly. The result was that my case, as a JOCV volunteer, falls under this special regulation. Therefore, once I formally agree to the dispatch, I will proceed with the application.
